When you submit our website information form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business details, brand assets, photos, product or service content, and any files you upload. If you pay for a build, payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
We use your information only to build, launch, and support your website, to communicate with you about your project, and to provide the lead automation features you subscribe to. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising purposes.
We rely on a small number of vendors to run our service — hosting and database providers, our payment provider, our email provider, our scheduling tool, and Webhawk for visitor identification and lead automation. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
If you add Webhawk Base + Lead Automation, visitors to your website may be identified and their contact details passed into your lead pipeline and CRM. You are responsible for publishing a privacy notice on your own site that discloses this and for using leads in line with applicable law.
We keep project information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can support your site. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@whizdesign.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
