Whiz Biz designs and builds a custom website for small businesses, offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the plan rate shown at checkout.
Our 24-hour build window starts once we have received your completed information form, brand assets, and payment. Delays in providing content, domain access, or feedback extend the timeline accordingly.
Your build includes unlimited revisions and support for 14 days after launch. After that window, additional revisions are $50 each unless you are on an active support arrangement.
The build fee is due before work begins and is non-refundable once design work has started. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period.
You keep ownership of your brand, photos, products, and copy, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you send us. On full payment, the finished site and its content are yours; the underlying tooling, templates, and automation platform remain ours.
You are responsible for meeting the advertising, fair housing, MLS, and licensing rules that apply to your market, including required brokerage disclosures on your site, and for how you contact the leads your site generates.
Figures shown on our site are drawn from past client results and are illustrative. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, transactions, or revenue.
